Please, therefore, make sure you read any such notification of price changes carefully.

Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our users (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.

If you purchase any Service through a mobile purchase or third-party marketplace (e.g., through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), the refund policy applicable to that third-party marketplace will apply, unless otherwise explicitly stated by PED Digital Learning Hub. Binding Arbitration

You and PED Digital Learning Hub agree that these Terms of Service affect interstate commerce and that the local and international govern the interpretation and enforcement of these arbitration provisions. This Section 10 is intended to be interpreted broadly and governs any disputes between us including but not limited to claims arising out of or relating to any aspect of the relationship between us or the Terms of Service or the Service, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory. The only disputes excluded from this broad prohibition are the litigation of certain intellectual property and small court claims, as provided below.

If you have any dispute with us, you agree that before taking any formal action, you will contact us at PED Digital Learning Hub, HN.24. Anum Street. Adenta West. Accra. Ghana and contact.expertips@gmail.com, and provide a brief, written description of the dispute and your contact information (including your username, if your dispute relates to an account). Except for intellectual property and small claims court claims, the parties agree to use their best efforts to settle any dispute, claim, question or disagreement directly through consultation and good faith negotiations shall be a condition to either party initiating a lawsuit or arbitration.

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the Terms of Service or the Service that are not resolved by the procedures identified above shall be resolved by individual (not group) binding arbitration.

The arbitrator, and not any court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to any claim that all or any part of these Terms of Services are void or voidable, or whether a claim is subject to arbitration. The arbitrator shall be empowered to grant whatever relief would be available in a court under law or in equity. The arbitrator’s award shall be written and shall be binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

PED Digital Learning Hub shall bear the cost of any arbitration filing fees and arbitration fees for claims of up to $10,000 unless the arbitrator finds the arbitration to be frivolous. You are responsible for all other additional costs that you may incur in the arbitration including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and expert witness costs unless PED Digital Learning Hub is otherwise specifically required to pay such fees under applicable law. If your claim is solely for monetary relief of $10,000 or less and does not include a request for any type of equitable remedy, you may choose whether the arbitration will be conducted solely based on documents submitted to the arbitrator, through a telephonic hearing, or by an in-person hearing.

You and we agree that the arbitration shall be conducted in the party’s respective individual capacities only and not as a class action or other representative action, and the parties expressly waive their right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis. YOU AND PED Digital Learning Hub AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. If any court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver outlined in this paragraph is void or unenforceable for any reason or that arbitration can proceed on a class basis, then the arbitration provisions set forth above shall be deemed null and void in their entirety and the parties shall be deemed to have not agreed to arbitrate disputes.

Notwithstanding the parties’ decision to resolve all disputes through arbitration, you or we may bring enforcement actions, validity determinations, or claims arising from or relating to theft, piracy, or unauthorized use of intellectual property in any court with jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights (“intellectual property rights” means patents, copyrights, moral rights, trademarks, and trade secrets, but not privacy or publicity rights). You or we may also seek relief in a small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court’s jurisdiction to the extent such claims do not seek equitable relief.

You have the right to opt-out and not be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth above by sending written notice of your decision to opt-out to PED Digital Learning Hub at the address identified in Section 14 below. The notice must be sent within thirty (30) days of (a) the “Date of Last Revision” date of these Terms of Service as set forth above; or (b) the first date that you used the Services that contained any versions of the Terms of Service that included this version of the mandatory arbitration and class action waiver, whichever is later. Otherwise, you shall be bound to arbitrate disputes by the terms of these paragraphs. If you opt-out of these arbitration provisions, PED Digital Learning Hub also will not be bound by them. If PED Digital Learning Hub changes this ‘Arbitration’ section after the date you first accepted these Terms of Service (or accepted any subsequent changes to these Terms of Service), you may reject any such change by sending us written notice within 30 days of the date such change became effective, as indicated in the “Date of Last Revision” date above or in the date of PED Digital Learning Hub email to you notifying you of such change. By rejecting any change, you are agreeing that you will arbitrate any dispute between you and PED Digital Learning Hub following the provisions of this section as of the date you first accepted these Terms of Service (or accepted any subsequent changes to these Terms of Service).

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE ABOVE DISPUTE PROCEDURES SHALL BE YOUR SOLE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND PED DIGITAL LEARNING HUB REGARDING ANY ASPECT OF THE SERVICE (INCLUDING THE ENROLMENT PROCESS) AND THAT YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO LEAD OR PARTICIPATE IN A LAWSUIT INVOLVING OTHER PERSONS, SUCH AS A CLASS ACTION

You agree that PED Digital Learning Hub, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if PED Digital Learning Hub believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Service. PED Digital Learning Hub is an immersive online experience, which allows everyone to learn from the world’s best practitioners. Every class was created by the instructor and includes extensive pre-recorded video content, a class workbook, interactive assignments, and community activities.

Classes break down into a few basic components:

Lessons begin with an instructive lesson video for each chapter. These videos are meant to provide students with a jumping-off point for what the lesson is about.

Along with the lesson videos, students can follow along in a downloadable PDF workbook with assignments that students can submit to our student community for critique and feedback.

Students receive most or all of their feedback from fellow students in our private student group where we will also post the most current community activities.

Periodically, PED Digital Learning Hub may have opportunities for students to submit work to instructors for critique. When those assignments come around, students will be notified via email with instructions and details.

There is a suggested workflow in the class workbook, but students can move through the lessons at their own pace.

Students who purchase classes individually will have unlimited access to every lesson in your course. See our Terms of Service for more information.

* You can also download the complete list of PDF’s by downloading the Workbook from the Resources section in the Lesson Plan.

  • CAN I DOWNLOAD A CLASS?

You can download most of the class materials from the site, but you cannot download the video lessons to your computer.

However, students can download a select number of class video lessons on the iOS app (iPhone and iPad) for viewing offline along with a copy of the course workbook.

Current Downloadable Courses using the iOS app Include:

  •  Kodzo Deku

* Unfortunately, some lesson videos in our classes contain sensitive properties that, while we have permission to distribute for streaming, we do not have a legal license to distribute for offline viewing.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Note: For classes purchased individually, students have unlimited access to every lesson within a course. See our Terms of Service for more information.

For classes enrolled in with All-Access Pass, students get unlimited access to every lesson in each course until canceled.

  • WHERE IS MY CLASS WORKBOOK

Luckily, when you enroll in PED Digital Learning Hub you will always have access to the class workbook. When you sign in to your account and go to your class you should see the lesson plan. At the bottom of the lesson plan, you should be able to access the workbook and be able to return to it whenever you want.

If for some reason the class workbook isn’t appearing you can submit a request here and we will be sure to help you out!

  • RESUMED CLASS BRINGS ME TO A CHAPTER I’VE ALREADY COMPLETED

The Resume Class feature is a suggested bookmark for where the system thinks you left off. It detects videos that you viewed but did not watch all the way through. To work around this, you may scroll down to the lesson plan to find the chapter you wish to continue.

  • VIDEO

Are subtitles or captions available in other languages besides English?

Most of our classes are still only offer with English closed captioning/subtitles. However, we have a few classes with Spanish and German subtitles.  They include:

  •  Kodzo Deku

We apologize for this inconvenience, and we hope to include more languages in our subtitle options in the future!

In case you would find it useful to toggle the subtitles/ closed captioning:

You can turn on a video’s CC by clicking on the CC mark at the bottom right corner of the video.

IOS mobile users can toggle CC’s by clicking the text bubble icon button at the bottom right, and selecting English from the menu.

Android users can activate CC by tapping the CC button at the bottom right of the video player.

Why won’t The Video Load?

Sorry to hear that your video isn’t loading. We know it’s frustrating when technical difficulties get in the way of you completing a lesson. Here are a few possible solutions you can try:

  • Check your browser. Having a supported browser is the best way to access Masterclass. Head here to see if you have the supported browser.
  • Check your internet connection. A weak internet connection will sometimes cause the videos to load slowly or slow down.
  • Clear your cache. Just clearing out some data and cookies may fix the issue.

If none of these steps solve the problem, you can always email us at contact.expertips@gmail.com or submit a request here and we will work together to solve this problem for you!

  • My Class keeps freezing……help!

We’re sorry you’re having issues with the video player. To make sure we deliver the best solution we have a few questions for you:

What kind of device are you using? Is it on a mobile device such as iPad, iPhone, etc.?

  • What browser are you using? We suggest using Google Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge, or Safari if you are on a Mac.
  • Have you cleared your browser lately? Sometimes clearing your browser’s cache will help to get the videos playing better.
  • Have you checked your speed lately? You can check your speed by heading to speedtest.net. For optimal performance of our videos in HD, you’ll need a 5 mb/s download speed. If you do not have 5 mb/s I would suggest lowering your display video quality to 360p. You can change the video quality by right-clicking on the video and selecting 360p from the drop-down menu.
  • Is the video player loading on the page or do you see the video preview?
  • Do any error messages appear on the page?
  • If not, could you please include a screenshot of the issue or error?

Hopefully, by answering these few questions we will resolve the video issues.

Feel free to send your answers to the above here.

We look forward to helping you resolve this issue and get you back up and running on PED Digital Learning Hub

  • How I Adjust Video Quality?

You can adjust the video quality by clicking on the gear icon at the bottom right of the video player, clicking “Quality” and selecting from the quality options that pop up.

You can select “Auto” to have the site manage the quality based on your internet speed.

Assignments

Why won’t my assignment load?

If your assignment isn’t loading there’s a good chance it’s a glitch on our part, but there are a few things you can try to fix it.

Reload the page. Sometimes when the page is loading there might be a little bump and a simple reload will fix your problems.

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Just like with videos, if you clear your cache and cookies it might help clear out some cookies and the assignment will reappear.

Can I Stop Lesson Video and Pick It Up Later

Absolutely! Lesson videos can be completed on your schedule.

If you need to take a break or step away from the computer for a minute your lesson will be waiting for you when you return.

Just log back into your account on the site or in your mobile app if you need to, and go back to the assignment you last viewed to resume where you left off.

When I Click Submit My Assignment Isn’t Submitting What Is Wrong

To submit the assignment, it must be completed so if you haven’t finished the assignment that might be why it isn’t submitting. Check to make sure you have completed the entire assignment.

If you have finished the assignment and it still isn’t working it might be a glitch that we would like to fix. Please email contact.expertips@gmail.com and we will be sure to report the bug and follow-up with you to get it fixed.

DISCUSSIONS

HOW DO I USE THE DISCUSSIONS IN THE SITE?

Each lesson has its discussion. You can access the discussions by heading to the lesson page and scrolling below the video. There you’ll see the lesson’s discussion from previous students where they’ve shared their thoughts, questions, and ideas about that lesson.

Discussions can be sorted by Most Popular or Most Recent, which you can access in the top right corner of the discussions.

You can reply to other student comments by clicking the “Reply” button and typing in your comment. You can also like any user comment that you enjoyed to help bring them to the top of the discussion.

At the top of the discussion section, you can leave your comment. You can even add a photo or video to your comment! Play with the discussions and see what you can do. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

WHY ISN’T MY COMMENT APPEARING?

Oh no! It’s always a bummer when your voice isn’t being heard and we certainly don’t want to silence anyone! There could be a lot of reasons why comments aren’t appearing. Here are a few common answers to comment issues.

Make sure you are submitting the comment by clicking the “Comment” button once you’ve finished typing your comment. If you don’t click the “Comment” button your comment won’t be saved to the forums.

Have you included anything in the comment? Often a student might click the “Comment” button before writing anything in the box. It’s a simple mistake we’ve all made and if you’re not writing anything, there won’t be anything for us to post!

Sometimes, it might take a moment for the comment to appear. Reload the page to see if your comment is now showing up.

If you tried all of those and it still isn’t working, then it sounds like it’s a bug. Send us an email at contact.expertips@gmail.com or submit a request here and we’ll be sure to look into it right away.

Here’s how the promotion works:

Purchase an All-Access Pass subscription for yourself through our website, and give one complimentary year of all-access to a friend or family member.

I previously purchased a single class or several classes for myself, am I eligible for this promotion?

Yes, if you log into your account and upgrade to an All-Access Pass subscription for $20 through our website, you will receive a complimentary year of All-Access to give to a friend or family member.

Can I use this promotion to give two gifts instead of purchasing an All-Access Pass?

No, this promotion doesn’t allow you to purchase for two people. To be eligible, you must purchase a subscription for yourself, and then you will be provided with a gift to give to another individual.

If I currently do not have an All-Access Pass but had one in the past, am I eligible for this promotion?

Yes if you have never received a gift in the past. Purchase All-Access Pass through our website, and give a complimentary year of all-access to a loved one, on us!

If I purchase an All-Access Pass through the Apple Store or Google Play Store, am I eligible for this promotion?

The “Buy One, Give One on Us” purchase process is automated via our website, so only purchases made through our website are eligible for this promotion. If you choose to purchase an All-Access Pass via the Apple Store or Google Play store, please contact us to inquire about gift options.

Can I purchase an All-Access Pass and then give the gift to myself?

No, you can’t give yourself the gift. The free year of All-Access Pass must be given to a different person – Don’t be a scrooge, share the gift of learning!

How will my gift recipient redeem the gift?

After you purchase your All-Access Pass, we will send your gift recipient an email with a link to redeem their complimentary one-year of All-Access Pass. Clicking on the link will bring them to a gift redemption page where they can set up their account.

What if my gift recipient already has an All-Access Pass?

If your recipient purchased their subscription, then they can activate the gift and it will add twelve months to their account. However, if your recipient purchased from a third party, i.e. Apple or Google, then the gift can’t be redeemed until their existing subscription expires.

Can I gift the free year of all-access to an iOS or Android user?

Your gift recipient must sign up on our website via the redemption link we email them. Once they sign up, they can then use our mobile app to access classes.

I currently don’t know to whom I want to send my gift. What if I do, but don’t have their email at this time?

That’s fine! You can set it up later by clicking on “Schedule Later” to continue to your PED Digital Learning Hu subscription.

Can I schedule my All-Access Pass to begin at a later time?

You can schedule the gift to be delivered at the date and time you choose, however, the All-Access subscription you purchase for yourself will begin immediately once you’ve completed your order.

We generally offer a 30-day refund policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase, which applies to this promotion.  No refunds will be available after your gift recipient has redeemed their gift. Have you already purchased the class? You cannot purchase the same class more than once so make sure you aren’t already enrolled in the class.

If your payment is still not going through, then there may be an issue with how the page was loaded in your session. This can be fixed via the following:

Clear your browser’s cookie + cache data then refresh the page in your browser

Log back into your account, and then try making the purchase again.

If your purchase did go through and your class isn’t showing up, please make sure that you are accessing your PED Digital Learning Hub account with the email address used to purchase the course.
